Frame size guide
Find your size in 30 seconds. Every frame page shows the same three numbers.
1. Read the numbers inside your current glasses
Look at the inside of the arm (temple) of a pair that fits you well. You will find three numbers, something like:
54 □ 17 – 140
- 54 Lens width (A): the width of one lens in millimetres.
- 17 Bridge (B): the gap that sits over your nose.
- 140 Temple length (C): the length of each arm.
Our frame pages list the same numbers, so you can compare them directly. Aim to stay within 2 mm on the lens width and the bridge.
2. Approximate size by lens width
| Size | Lens width | Usually suits |
|---|---|---|
| Small | 51 mm or less | Narrower faces |
| Medium | 52–54 mm | Most faces |
| Large | 55–57 mm | Broader faces |
| Extra large | 58 mm or more | Wide faces, oversized look |
3. No glasses to compare?
Hold a ruler across your eyes and measure from the outer edge of one eye to the outer edge of the other, then add about 30 mm for the frame. Or simply send us a front-facing photo on WhatsApp and we will suggest the best size.
